Dr. Wesley Carter
Dr. Wesley Carter has over 20 years of experience leading programs and tactics for Fortune 100 companies including IBM and Wachovia. An accomplished brand strategist recognized for developing leading branding campaigns in Europe, Asia, and the United States for IBM, Dr. Carter works with organizational leaders to develop customized branding solutions that drive revenue and organizational excellence. Her consulting clients have been businesses, professionals, parents, and youth.
Dr. Carter is also an author, motivator, educator, leader, and former owner and publisher of Working Charlotte magazine. Charlotte was the only community, nationwide, with a magazine dedicated to helping displaced professionals market their skills to potential employers during the economic recession. As a result of her efforts, she has been featured nationally on CBS News Washington, and numerous local media outlets.
Dr. Carter earned a Doctor of Management in Organization Leadership from University of Phoenix, Arizona, a M.B.A. from Wake Forest University, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC and Tiffin University in Elyria, OH.

Dr. Renae Sanders, founder of KRS Consulting, has over 21 years of experience in financial services at a Fortune 500 firm in leadership, business development, customer loyalty, and project management. Dr. Sanders is a leader who believes people are the link between strategy and results. As Owner and Managing Director of KRS Consulting, LLC, her talent for distilling problems into actionable objectives has contributed to her success and for the clients she serves. Her passion for helping leaders overcome challenges in human capital management and find perspective is the reason she started a firm focused on providing innovative ways for helping people lead, manage, and communicate toward improved revenue and performance.
Dr. Sanders brings a passion for challenging existing assumptions about leadership, accountability, expectations, and opportunities. She has managed complex projects, cross functional teams, redesigned processes to reduce product delivery times, and managed large portfolios. Dr. Sanders was a Quantum Award recipient for performance excellence, the highest divisional award presented to stellar performers. As a speaker, she has conducted workshops at regional and local conferences on topics related to leadership, leading as an independent contributor, relationship management, women’s work place relationships, and diversity and inclusion.
Dr. Renae Sanders is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University’s Babcock School of Management, and Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Cash Manager (CCM). Dr. Sanders also teaches Cultural Diversity at the University of Phoenix and Business Management at Tiffin University.
